Limelight employees have always been running mad and every year there is a huge number of major challenges being entered from half marathons to full marathons to triathlons and Iron Man events. This year however Limelight has gone mad for a marathon with 30% of the company running in marathons.

Seasoned marathon runner Sarah Usher kicks things off at the end of March with her fourth marathon - Maratona di Roma. JK and Hannah have paired up for Paris on 11th April, followed closely by Becks and The Limeys (otherwise known as Joff, Nicole, Nick and Ben S) - who will take on the Virgin London Marathon two weeks later. The Limeys are all raising funds for UK Youth – a charity that works to help young people to raise their aspirations and realise their potential via non-formal, accredited education programmes and activities. A month later Mary H and Craig, our Chief Exec, take on the hilly challenge of the Edinburgh Marathon. Edinburgh will also be Craig’s third marathon, having already completed New York and Berlin.

On the 4th July, Jeremy from the Aussie office takes on the Gold Coast Marathon.

And last off the starting blocks is Kara who will attempt her first marathon out in Berlin.

And so begins a serious amount of pasta lunches in the office and discussions about jammy knees….Good luck everyone!
