Limelight's man of endurance, Richard Sutton, is preparing to do it again...Rich jets off tomorrow to compete in the Nice Ironman this weekend.

The challenge he is about to undertake is no walk in the park! By the end of it Richard will have completed a 180km cycle……a 42km run …………and a 3.8km swim ………all in the space of about 12 hours!


Or in terms of distance – the same distance from London to Lincoln!
